ABOUT
With a background in health psychology and experience of working in the health care sector since 2014 my passion lies in health, both physical and mental. I believe in the holistic treatment of both mind and body: if physical issues are addressed, mental wellbeing will improve and vice versa.
My aim is to work collaboratively to help clients reach their goals and truly flourish in mind and body.
To achieve this, I take an integrative approach, employing a combination of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness combined with hypnosis.
Combining these methods with hypnosis - which helps to increase your ability to respond to positive suggestions - increases their effectiveness. To learn more about how hypnosis works, take a look at some FAQs.
